The AMPLIFY Collective

By clicking "I accept," I ("you," "Coterie Member") hereby accept the following agreement ("Agreement") with The Amplify Collective relating to The Coterie membership program. I understand that this Agreement incorporates by reference The Amplify Collective's Terms of Use as if fully set forth in this Agreement.

Your Coterie membership entitles you to: (1) one year-long access to discounted public events, members only events, Q&A calls, co-working sessions, and discounted coaching, subject to the Billing and Termination provisions detailed below.

The Coterie Membership is not transferable to another person or company. All  applications for membership must be made in writing or made via the The AMPLIFY Collective’s website located at www.theamplifycollective.com. Coterie members are charged a membership fee per month OR per year as outlined below. 

Membership fee is not refundable and non-transferable for ‘change of mind’ purchases.

The Amplify Collective  will not allow you to "freeze" or place your Coterie Membership on hold.


Monthly Dues:
Dues are charged to your credit card or debit card on file with The Amplify Collective: (1) on the date you enroll in The Coterie Membership, and (2) subsequently on a monthly basis, for a total of twelve (12) months of credit card or debit card charges at the monthly rate of $25.00. The Amplify Collective will automatically bill your credit card or debit card each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying The Coterie Membership. The Amplify Collective reserves the right to change the timing of your billing if your credit card or debit card payment has not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise. In the event your Coterie Membership begins on a day not contained in a given month, The Amplify Collective will bill your credit card or debit card on a day in the applicable month or such other day as deemed appropriate. For example, if you started your Coterie Membership on January 31st, your next payment date is likely to be February 28th, and your credit card or debit card will be billed on that date.

Yearly Dues:
Dues are charged to your credit card or debit card on file with The Amplify Collective on the date you enroll in The Coterie Membership at the yearly rate of $250.00. 


Although billing is on a monthly basis, THE INITIAL TERM ("INITIAL TERM") OF THIS COTERIE MEMBERSHIP IS TWELVE (12) MONTHS. EXCEPT FOR A CHANGE OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE OUTSIDE OF THE LOS ANGELES METRO AREA OR PERMANENT DISABILITY, THE AMPLIFY COLLECTIVE GIVES NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS DURING THE INITIAL TERM.

You may not cancel or terminate (as used interchangeably, "Terminate") your Coterie Membership, or request a refund, at any time within the Initial Term, except under the following conditions (and with written proof by you, satisfactory to The Amplify Collective, that either condition is satisfied): (1) you change your permanent residence to a location that The Amplify Collective does not service (in which case The Amplify Collective requires thirty (30) days’ written notice from you via email to info@theamplifycollective.com, and written acknowledgment of the same from The Amplify Collective); (2) you have a permanent disability that permanently prohibits you from participating in the community and associated events (in which case The Amplify Collective requires seven (7) days’ written notice from you via email to info@theamplifycollective.com, and written acknowledgment from The Amplify Collective of the same) or (3) pay an early termination fee ("Early Termination Fee") of $200.00. 

If the Coterie Membership account becomes delinquent and is not properly Terminated, The Amplify Collective will refer the Coterie Member’s account to collections and the Coterie Member agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs including attorneys’ fees.

Membership auto renewal

Membership will be automatically renewed upon expiry of each 12-month period and payment will be charged to the same credit card as previously used unless you specify otherwise by emailing us at info@theamplifycollective.com

You will be reminded about your membership auto renewal twice via email prior to the renewal date as follows:

• 30 days prior to auto renewal, an auto-generated reminder email will be emailed to the email address supplied by the member advising the membership auto-renewal and providing an option to opt out, 

• 4 days prior to auto renewal, an auto-generated email will be emailed to the email address supplied by the member again advising the membership of auto renewal and providing an option to opt out. Unless you opt out to not renew prior to the auto-renewal date, the membership will be renewed and the credit card originally supplied will be charged. The AMPLIFY Collective will not be responsible for ‘change of mind’ once the membership has renewed and cannot issue a refund.

Membership manual renewal notice

Members who have selected to manually renew their membership will be reminded to do so prior to the 12-month expiry date via email. You will be reminded about your membership renewal twice via email prior to the renewal date as follows: 

• 30 days prior to membership expiry, an auto-generated reminder email will be emailed to the email address supplied by the member advising the membership is now due for renewal and instructions on how to renew, and;

• 4 days prior to membership expiry, an auto-generated email will be emailed to the email address supplied by the member again advising the membership is now due for renewal and instructions on how to renew.

The AMPLIFY Collective will not be responsible for ‘change of mind’ once the membership has renewed and cannot issue a refund. 

The AMPLIFY Collective may offer a refund for special circumstances; however, this will be on a case-by-case basis between the parties and only upon receiving written advice from a member that will be reviewed and formally responded to. Written advice must be sent to info@theamplifycollective. 


The Amplify Collective reserves the right to Terminate or deny re-enrollment if a Coterie Member has an unsatisfactory payment history, in The Amplify Collective's sole discretion. In addition, The Amplify Collective may Terminate or deny re-enrollment if, in The Amplify Collective's sole discretion, The Amplify Collective determines that the Coterie Member has engaged in inappropriate behavior or otherwise presents behavioral concerns. The Amplify Collective may also block the Coterie Member from accessing The Amplify Collective's services.


Personal information

Members must promptly notify The AMPLIFY Collective of any changes in personal information provided, including any changes in home or billing address, email address, telephone numbers, and name or place of employment. Your personal information will never be shared with any entity outside of The Amplify Collective without your explicit permission.

By becoming a Coterie member of The AMPLIFY Collective, you consent to be featured on our Website and the rotating ‘Meet Our Members’ section in our Facebook community. 

You must ensure that all details that you provide to us are accurate and true and that you will not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity in your application or your capacity as a member. 

By becoming a Coterie member, you consent to receiving commercial electronic communications from us (and our approved third party providers), which you may opt out at any time by notifying us directly.

The AMPLIFY Collective does not take any responsibility for disputes between members and does not accept any liability whatsoever in relation to such disputes. Members also acknowledge that The AMPLIFY Collective films and photographs every event and that the Member consents to The AMPLIFY Collective using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice in the event that they are photographed or filmed in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting any service and or products supplied and/or distributed by The AMPLIFY Collective. 

Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in accordance with the The AMPLIFY Collective’s Privacy Policy. Any purchase of goods or services from us will be governed by the The AMPLIFY Collective’s Terms of Sale.
